How every programme runs

03 / 09

Five steps, repeated across the estate.

01.

Survey.

Fixture counts, quantities, access and the overnight window confirmed on site.

02.

Plan.

Crew sizing, schedule and materials agreed site by site.

03.

Deliver.

Installation, fit-out, labour or clean, to the client's standard and to the vendor's script where one applies.

04.

Check.

Walked down, snagged and photographed before anyone leaves.

05.

Hand over.

Snags closed, waste cleared, record issued, the store or site ready on time.

Pre-call questions

07 / 09

What procurement teams ask first.

Do you work overnight?

Yes. Most retail installation and fit-out work is scheduled outside trading hours so the store opens on time. We plan the overnight window with the store manager during survey.

Which ESL systems do you install?

We install to the specification of the system your programme has chosen, following the vendor's installation script and the retailer's fixture standards.

How many stores can you run at once?

Crew count scales with your programme. Send us the store list and the dates and we will return a resourcing plan.

How quickly can a crew start?

Send the dates with the enquiry. You will hear back within one working day with a resourcing plan.

What documentation do you provide?

Site-specific RAMS before work starts, insurance certificates and operative certification on request, and a completion report with photographs for every store or site.
